If someone was to buy one that was 6/7 years old , or with 60K miles, let's say, they could possibly find themselves in a difficult situation. As we all know, batteries do deteriorate and used cars could end up worthless....

Samsung never updates their phones on time, they load them up with bloat ware and they often only support them for a couple of years. Android still has no legit messaging alternative to iMessage. It’s quite baffling they make you rely on SMS or third party apps. Boo. I would go for an iPhone 12 Pro Max over a Galaxy S21.

I’m not a Tesla fanboy but Ill have to say you oversimplified a bit there.. having a huge battery does not only mean you’ll have to charge for a longer time. In reality bigger batteries actually charge faster than smaller ones.. but also for a car the size and weight of those batteries plays a huge role... NIO is a huge competitor either way but they will have a hard time on the western markets competing with Tesla, VW.... also the battery swapping technology doesn’t make a huge difference for normal cars in my opinion. In a few years battery tech will evolve dramatically and it’s unlikely those concepts will be necessary then.

Ethically soured batteries - this means they don't use batteries with cobalt sourced from illegal mining operations in Republic of Congo. So "you can be very very smug" about not buying products that caused children to die underground Matt.
