They didn’t build from the ground up! Building from the ground up is buying land somewhere where it’s not already a track of homes being built which this is. This home was already being built in a neighborhood! They added changes which you can do! There is another home with the same layout as this One. No hate the house is beautiful and happy for them but this isn’t building from the ground up 💁🏻‍♀️.
